Together, we'll make the change you need.

Through careful exploration, we can untangle what's underneath your difficulties. We can work together to reduce anxiety and stress, using a therapeutic approach tailored to you.

I'll be a consistent source of support to help build your confidence and hold healthy boundaries. My previous work has helped people feel more calm, more able to deal with life and ultimately, more like themselves.

I'm Sally,

Psychotherapist and Yoga Teacher.

I’m a practicing Psychotherapist & Yoga Teacher based in Leicestershire. I'm committed to creating spaces where you can exhale over time and come back to yourself.

I am experienced in helping clients with:

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Repeating patterns of behaviour

  • Low self confidence / self esteem

  • Trauma and dissociation

  • Childhood sexual abuse

  • Anxiety and panic attacks

  • Depression

I was a counsellor at Quetzal for two years, supporting female survivors of childhood sexual abuse. In our work, clients have built self-awareness, created healthy boundaries for themselves and learnt to calm their intense feelings.

Although I don’t usually do yoga with my clients, my experience with yoga means that the body is central in my work. I feel that our society overvalues cognition, when there is so much to be learnt from the body, the breath and the nervous system.

Before I trained as a therapist, I worked at Loughborough University for seven years in student support roles. I have deep understanding of the student life-cycle and specifically how this applies to students with ADHD and autism.

I achieved my masters in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute and you can find me on the UKCP National Register of Psychotherapists.
